The mission of the association is to provide a partnership of area fire and police agencies for the investigation of fire and explosive incidents. To also provide for the exchange of technical information, provide for the implementation of an arson prevention and awareness program and improve the coordination and cooperation of other governmental agencies and private organizations interested in the investigation and prevention of the crime of arson.
